Your satisfaction is our priority at NaveCart. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return: perishable goods, personal care items that have been opened, and digital products.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@navecart.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@navecart.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
